Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the Harlan Municipal Utilities (the “Owner”),
at their office located at 2412 Southwest Avenue, Harlan, Iowa 51537,
before 2:00 P.M. Thursday August 6, 2020, for the construction of the
“Harlan Municipal Utilities Pressure Filter No. 2 Repairs” project.
The Work shall be as described in the Specifications and Plans for said improvement
now on file at the Harlan Municipal Utilities office. After receipt of the Bid Proposals,
they will be opened, read, and tabulated by the Harlan Municipal Utilities and project Engineer.
